Q: What forms of payment do you accept through the web site? What if I want to arrange a wire transfer or C.O.D. payment? 
 
A: Any major credit cards are gladly accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. We also accept Postal Money Orders, the Postal Money Order should be payable to "FCI Tech" (Please allow 7 days for processing).  Wire transfers are available; please call 1-888-219-0753 for more information.  
 
Q: Can I order internationally or only in the U.S.A.? 

A: Yes, we do accept international orders, please email us or call us for more information.

Q: I have a PO Box, Can you ship my order to a PO Box?. 

A: Yes, on any order up to $500, UPS is our default carrier but you can let us know if you prefer another shipping method to be delivered to your PO Box.
 
Q: What is your return policy?  
 
A: Exchange or refund less shipping and handling within 15 days of receiving merchandise, only if returned in original mint condition with original package and unfilled warranty cards. Please call 1-888- 219-0753 for return authorization before returning a product. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Q: Do the products carry a warranty?  
 
A: All merchandise are brand new (unless otherwise stated) and come with the manufacturers standard warranty.

Q: I am looking for a particular item, I cannot find it on your site?

A: Please call our sales department at 1-888-219-0753 or email us at sales@fcitech.com, and we will help you locate the product.

Q: I'm sure I've registered before with FCI Tech site, but when I try to log in, I'm denied access. What could cause this?   
 

A: If you are sure you have already registered with our site, than the username and password you are entering do not exactly match. There may be a slight spelling error in one of them.

Q: I'm having trouble registering. I don't know my username or password. What's wrong?  
 
A: If you have not registered with us before, you don't have a username or password yet. You make up a username that you would like, and a password to go with it. You do this in the registration section. You can easily register a new username and password by clicking on the "add to cart" button next to any product. (You will not have to order that product; it merely brings up the registration process. You can always delete the item from your shopping cart.)  
 
Q: I've forgotten my password. What should I do? Can you tell me my password?  
 
A: For security reasons, we cannot give out anyone's password over the phone. You can easily request your password to be emailed to you by clicking “I forgot my password”, your password will be emailed to you.

Q: Will my credit card information be safe? How about my personal information?  
 
A: We want you to know that every online transaction you make at FCI Tech will be 100% safe. Our web site utilizes VeriSign Secure Server IDs, which are the standard protocol for e-commerce transactions. We promise never to give away or sell your personal information for solicitations. And, as a member of the Better Business Bureau, we are fully dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. FCI Tech has utilized internal security in our business since it was founded. We have hundreds of satisfied customers and have made hundreds of smooth transactions.  
 
Q: Can FCI Tech re-route my package? 
 
A: We do not re-route any packages once the package is in transit. 

Q: Can the signature on my package be waived?  
 
A:  We apologize, but for security purposes, we cannot waive the signature on a package. You can make arrangements to pick up a package from the shipping terminal.  

Q: When are credit cards usually charged?

A: We don’t charge your credit card until we ship your order.

Q: How quick do orders ship? And what would shipping cost me?

A: Orders are usually shipped the same business day if the order is received before 1:00 PM EST. and the next business day for those received after 1:00. In the unusual event that the item is not in stock, you will be notified as to when your item will be available for shipping, and you will have the option to back-order the item, or cancel your order.

Total shipping charges are calculated and based on the shipping method and total weight and value of the items in your order, to calculate shipping add items to cart and enter your zip code for shipping to be calculated.

You may choose different shipping option before checking out. FCI Tech retains the right to charge additional fees for special requests, and orders outside the contiguous 48 states. FCI Tech will contact the customer prior to shipment if such charges apply. For questions regarding shipment overseas please email us at shipping@fcitech.com.

Q: How can I check on my order? track the package?

A: Click on the order status button on the front page. Simply input your email address and password, and the status of your order will be displayed, If your order was shipped with a carrier that provides tracking numbers (i.e. FedEx, UPS, etc.) we will display the tracking number, click on the tracking number, you’ll be taken to the carrier’s site and you will be given up-to-date information of your order.

Q: I've received part of my order?

A: If you order different type of products, your items may originate form more than one location and deliveries may arrive, and be packaged separately.

Q: Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?

A: You can usually cancel an order within an hour of order placement during normal business hours. Beyond that time frame, it is very difficult for us to cancel orders due to the rapid transfer of orders in our supply chain. The exception to this rule is that we are able to cancel orders that have been back ordered. If you would like to cancel an order, please call our customer service department at 1-888-219- 0753 or email us at customerservice@fcitech.com . We will try our best to cancel the order, but cannot guarantee that we will able to depending upon where the order is at in the credit approval, pick and ship process.

Q:Do you accept Purchase Orders?

A: Yes, We gladly accept signed Purchase Orders.
